What if I’m not sure what service to book?

Do you accept walk-ins?
We are available by appointment only.
Do you have a receptionist I can speak to?
We are a receptionless salon. If you have questions you can stop by our location at 2017 17th St Boulder CO 80302, or email us at bristleboulder@gmail.com
Do you charge a credit card processing fee?
No, we do not.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your stylist will sit down with you and discuss your hair goals and assess your hair’s texture and condition. They will go over the best styling, cutting and coloring options specifically tailored to you. All services include complimentary beverages, wifi and a polished blowdry finish.
Do you double-book appointments?
None of our stylists double-book so you will always receive our undivided attention at every appointment.
How much will my color service be?
Your color service price will be dependent upon the stylists you see. We utilize Vish hair color management program so you will only be charged for the exact amount of color used. This amount varies per service and what type of color is used. Your stylist will provide more information about this prior to starting your color appointment.
Do you use sustainable products in your salon?
Yes, we are committed to only using sustainable and eco-conscious products. The styling and color companies we partner with prioritize environmental responsibility, invest in renewable energy, and use natural origin ingredients. Many of our products are produced in Italy and adhere to strict European standards.
Are your products and color vegan?
Many of our products are formulated without any animal-derived ingredients, however some of our products and color lines contain keratin, beeswax, and royal jelly. Please mention this to your stylist and they can make sure to use only 100% vegan products during your service.
