Pricing

Bristle offers genderless pricing. Our pricing structure is based on hair length, styling time, and overall appointment time.

Payment

•We accept credit, debit and cash.

•Card payments are made securely via Square.

Cancellations and no-shows

• We ask that you please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This way we will be able to adjust our schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.

• Repeated same day cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service.

• Please remember that your appointment can be easily rescheduled online.

Late Arrivals

We get it, life happens. Weather, kids, traffic you name it. We will always do our best to accomodate late arrivals, but please understand that we may have to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on services or products. Our stylists always strive to give you the best experience possible, but if you are not 100% happy with your service we offer complimentary adjustments and alterations. Please let us know within 5 days of your originally scheduled appointment. Your stylist will be happy to discuss this with you personally or you can contact us here.
